At Nareh Counseling, we believe healing begins with acceptance. The name “Naré” comes from the Tarahumara language and means “accept.” Acceptance is the first step toward emotional well-being.
Life’s challenges can show up in many ways. Shifts in relationships, cultural transitions, identity changes, or past experiences of trauma can make it difficult to feel grounded and supported. Nareh Counseling provides a compassionate and judgment-free space for adults to explore their experiences, gain clarity, and develop the skills to navigate life with confidence and resilience.
Our approach blends warmth, curiosity, and evidence-based therapy. We integrate tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, and neuroscience-informed approaches such as Polyvagal Theory. These methods help clients understand how stress and trauma affect the mind and body, build emotional regulation, and develop practical strategies to face life’s challenges.
